Pioneer DJ has reworked one of its most popular 2-way mixers to create the DJM-250MK2. This new mixer is the entry point in the DJ series, and features many professional elements like the Magvel crossfader and Sound Color FX filter inherited from the DJM-900NXS2. With its own built-in sound card, the DJM-250MK2 delivers high-quality sound and can be connected to any installation, while ultra-precise controls allow you to instinctively scratch and mix. The clear layout of the lower half of the DJM-250MK2 allows you to freely realize advanced scratch techniques. The Magvel crossfader, inherited from the DJM-900NXS2, our reference mixer, clearly gives a sense of precision and confidence, and is very robust (capable of supporting around 10 million moves). You can also mix two pieces with each other without any hitch, thanks to the very smooth track faders of the DJM-250MK2.The top half of the new mixer offers several functions, including 3-band isolators that you can use to totally eliminate the frequency range of your choice. Each channel has its own filter inherited from the DJM-900NXS2's Sound Color FX, which you can apply by turning the dedicated wheel? and you can add texture with the separate parameter wheel. The DJM-250MK2's framing technology allows you to achieve warm, high-quality sound from both analog and digital sources. And since the mixer has its own built-in sound card, you can connect it to your PC/Mac via a simple USB cable, and use the included rekordbox dj app to mix to Pioneer DJ multi-format players from music files stored on your computer.
