The JHS Angry Charlie V3 channel drive pedal captures the essence of the legendary Marshall JCM800, turning your guitar amp into a sonic flamethrower. The Angry Charlie makes conjuring British high-gain tones a breeze, delivering the rich bass response, thick mids, and balanced high end you'd expect from a hot-rodded Marshall. When they designed the Angry Charlie, JHS faithfully replicated a full Marshall-style tone stack. When cranked in either direction, the Angry Charlie's tone controls act as cuts or boosts. At 12 o'clock, they're flat. When we demo'd the Angry Charlie, we were in high-gain heaven. The JHS Angry Charlie V3 channel drive pedal is truly a force to be reckoned with!
