That's why we're thrilled to introduce the JHS Crayon. The Crayon effectively captures the gritty sound of a vintage British recording console pushed to its limits. With the Master volume control and Pre drive control, you have the ability to adjust the pedal's tone from a subtle warmth to a fuzzy and chaotic overdrive. While the JHS Crayon does not possess the complete 3-band EQ found in the Colour Box, it compensates with a switchable highpass filter tilt EQ control. This feature allows you to fine-tune the balance between high and low frequencies, resulting in exceptional tone customization.
